New York Beanie Yarn Knitting Kit - design by Nancy Bates

The New York Hat is part of Nancy Bates's All American Road Trip Collection. The pattern is not in Knitting the National Parks Book.

Kit includes: 5 colors of Malabrigo Rios (color 1 - 105 yds, Colors 2 - 5, 52 yds each), 6 stitch markers and clear project bag with handles

👉 The Kit does not include the pattern or needles; pattern calls for US 5 (3.75mm) for the brim and US 7 (4.5mm) for the hat body. The pattern can be found on Ravelry, $5.00. The pattern is sized adult, 19" to 22".

About the yarn: We chose 5 colors in Malabrigo Rios to get the closest colors to match Nancy Bates's sample beanie. Rios is 100% superwash merino. This hat, with full skeins of yarn and notions would be $97.44.
