When will I receive my subscription?
Delivery usually takes place 2 to 10 days after shipping, US addresses. International takes longer.
Can I combine previous orders with my subscription?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold previous orders to ship with your subscription.
I just signed up for a new subscription and made some additional purchases. Will they ship together or separately?
They'll ship together on the subscription box ship date to save you money! If you want your other items sooner, please put in the notes section at check out. For free shipping, your extra items must total over $100.00 before tax. We will call you and charge shipping separately if a shipping fee is required. We can also take your order over the phone, 360-756-9992 PST.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
- Up to $100.00 $7.99
- $100.00 and higher, before taxes $ FREE
- Canada (First Class) $16.99
- Canada, FREE over $120
Duties and taxes fro international shipments are not included in the shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility upon delivery.
Is in-store pickup available in Bellingham, WA?
Of course! In-store pick-up is FREE. You will be called when your package is available for pickup. Pick-up Parties held on the 5th Saturday of the month are a big bonus.
When are the billing and shipping for my Club Subscription?
You are billed for your first month upon signing up. The following months are billed as follows:
- Yarnlandia - billed on the 20th and shipped by the end of the month.
- KnittedKnockers.org – billed on the 15th and shipped about the 20th.
- Skill Building Knit - Billed on the 15th and shipped by the end of the month.
I have moved, how do I change my address or update my credit card?
Any changes you need to make on your account you can do through ‘My Account’.

How can I manage or cancel my subscription?
- Canceling before billing: if you cancel your subscription before the billing date you won't be charged for the next box.
- Canceling after billing: your cancellation will take effect the following month

You may also contact Apple Yarns to cancel your subscription. shop@appleyarns.com . Include your name, email, address, phone #, and the subscription you are canceling. We will confirm your cancellation. Thank you for being a subscription member, we are sorry to see you go. Come back any time. Can I make a return?
Of course! Subscription packages can be returned. Packages must be returned in whole and in new, unused condition within 7 days of receiving your Club, shipping costs are not returned unless you have received a defective product. If we have made a mistake, the shipping charges will be returned. Please call, 360-756-9992 or shop@appleyarns.com within 7 days and we will arrange for pick up, exchange or credit.
Can I join a club at any time?
It depends, there are quantity limits in clubs so certain clubs will be closed to new members from time to time. Please call 360-756-9992 PST or email at shop@appleyarns.com for updates.
