Subscription Club FAQ
When are the billing and shipping dates for my Club Subscription?
You are billed for your first month upon signing up. The following months are billed as follows:
- Yarnlandia - billed on the 20th and shipped by the end of the month.
- KnittedKnockers.org – Billed on the 20th and shipped about the 20th.
- Skill Building Knit - Billed on the 15th and shipped by the end of the month.
When will I receive my subscription?
Delivery can take up to 10 days (depending on location) after it leaves our Bellingham, WA, shop. USPS ground advantage is our preferred method of shipping, tracking is included. International takes longer.
Can I combine previous orders with my subscription?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold previous orders to ship with your subscription.
I just signed up for a new subscription and made some additional purchases. Will they ship together or separately?
They'll ship together on the subscription box ship date to save you money! If you want your other items sooner, please put that in the notes section at checkout. For free shipping, your extra items must total over $100.00 before tax. We will call you and charge shipping separately if a shipping fee is required. We can also take your order over the phone, 360-756-9992 PT.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
- Up to $100.00 $7.99
- $100.00 and higher, before taxes $ FREE
- Canada (First Class) $16.99
- Canada, FREE over $120
Duties and taxes for international shipments are not included in the shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility upon delivery.
Is in-store pickup available in Bellingham, WA?
Of course! In-store pick-up is FREE. You will be called when your package is available for pickup.
I have moved; how do I change my address or update my credit card?
Any changes you need to make on your account you can do through ‘My Account’. Please call the shop, 360-756-9992 and ask for Andrew, he will be happy to help you.

How can I manage or cancel my subscription?
- Canceling before billing: if you cancel your subscription before the billing date you won't be charged for the next box.
- Canceling after billing: your cancellation will take effect the following month

You may also contact Apple Yarns to cancel your subscription. shop@appleyarns.com . Include your name, email, address, phone #, and the subscription you are canceling. We will confirm your cancellation. Come back any time. If you need help, just give us a call at 360-756-9992 PST or email us at shop@appleyarns.com.
Due to the nature of subscription boxes, we do not offer returns or exchanges on individual boxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If there’s an issue with the package you receive, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at shop@appleyarns.com. We request that you let us know within 7 days of receiving if there is an issue.
Can I join a club at any time?
It depends. Subscriptions have quantity limits and will occasionally be closed to new members. Please call 360-756-9992 PST or email at shop@appleyarns.com for updates.
